The building remodel is almost done!  The office will be moving to the building that was used for repairs, and the repair guys will be in the building with the high ceilings.

We will be all ready for the weather to get nice now!

Now is a great time to aerate – a little moisture is good.

Get rid of all that thatch (the dead grass underneath) – best to have it a little dry.

Plant some seed – use slit seeder, or overseeder.  We even have a Lesco broadcast seeder.

We have a really small excavator (TB108) that will do a great job digging out the area for the wall.

Muck truck (power wheelbarrow) hauls rock and other material.

Plate compactor for the rock.

Block and brick saw (electric or gas) cuts stones, and uses water which keeps the dust down.
